Today I’m getting into some #lazygirl exercises🏃🏼♀️🏋🏼♀️
In this quick and effective routine that can be done at home, gym or hotel room, you’ll alternate between standing and floor exercises.
*Note - I decided mid workout out to take my shoes off. My socks were wet from running and it was just overall more comfortable for me but you can do these with or without shoes.
Also all of these exercises can be done as a routine or pick and choose the moves that work for you!

4️⃣Horse Stance Squats
5️⃣Glute Bridge with Overhead Crunch
6️⃣Full Extension Crunch
